Who you are dealing with

Sun Rock Business Solutions is a trade name of JuiceBox Records LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Sun Rock”, “we”, “us”).

Our services

Every engagement is described in a written quote or statement of work that sets the scope, price, timeline and deliverables. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Fixed scope and changes

Our prices are fixed for the agreed scope. Each quote includes the rounds of changes it states. Work outside the scope is quoted separately, in writing, before we start it.

Payment

• Unless your quote says otherwise, half is due to start and half on your written approval of the finished work.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same day each month through Stripe.
• Late invoices may pause work until they are paid.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as your website, documents, models and files. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, templates and know-how, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use anything you give us, such as logos, photos, text and data, and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for decisions you make using our work.

Financial materials

Our financial models, forecasts and lender materials are prepared from information you provide. They are not audited, and they are not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Lenders and investors make their own decisions.

Limits of liability

We do careful work, but we provide our services and website as described, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
