Refund policy.

Deposits

The first payment reserves our time and starts the work. If you change your mind before we have started, we refund it in full. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers work already done.

Final payment

The final payment is due when you approve the finished work in writing. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will fix it, and if we still cannot, we will refund the final payment.

Monthly plans

• Monthly plans are billed in advance.
• You can end a plan with written notice. It stops at the end of the month already paid for, and we do not refund partial months.
• When a website plan ends, you keep your site and we give you 15 days to move it.

Quoted projects

Operations and finance projects follow the payment and refund terms in their written quote or statement of work.

How to ask

Email billing@sunrocksolutions.com with your name, business and invoice number. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
