Who we are

Sun Rock Business Solutions is a trade name of JuiceBox Records LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Sun Rock”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers sunrocksolutions.com and the emails, calls and services we provide.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, business, email, phone number and what you tell us when you book a call, fill in a form or email us.
• Business information: publicly listed details about businesses, such as a business name, address, phone, website and reviews, which we use to reach out about our services.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as pages viewed and the referring site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To send invoices and receipts and keep our records.
• To contact businesses about services we believe are relevant, with a clear way to opt out of every message.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, such as our email, calendar, payments, hosting and customer-records tools. They only process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and legal purposes, usually seven years. Outreach contacts who opt out are kept only on a do-not-contact list so we never email them again.

Your choices

• Opt out of our emails at any time using the link in any message or on our Email preferences page.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Residents of California, Canada and other places with privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we honour them for everyone.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
